Cronton Design Hotel Istanbul

I was kinda surprised by the warmth and charm of Cronton Design. The staff, particularly Valeria and Jacob, were very good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their hospitality was unparalleled, making us feel welcomed. The hotel's location in the heart of the old town was ideal, great to easily explore the main monuments and museums on foot. the spa at the hotel offered a relaxing experience, and the massage I received was fantastic. I highly recommend Cronton Design for a nice stay in Istanbul.

The property was spotless, within walking distance of iconic mosques and a great shop. The spa had a fantastic grand opening. The staff, especially Alvina/Elvina, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was luxurious with a comfortable bed and fluffy towels. The roof restaurant offered stunning views.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, right in the middle of everything. It is within a 10-minute walking distance to all the major landmarks of the city. it is close to the best shops in the area, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts.

Some guests have mentioned a language barrier with some staff members, as their English proficiency is limited.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel - the location was perfect! Everything I needed and wanted was within walking distance, including the best shops in Istanbul-2 and all the main attractions of this city. The hotel itself was clean and had great facilities. The breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus was a highlight, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to many attractions such as Hagia Sophia and Eminonu ferry pier. the suites are beautifully designed with high ceilings and comfortable beds. the service is exceptional, and the staff is attentive to guests' needs. the Spa & wellness centre, as well as the Sauna, offer exclusive amenities that guarantee a luxurious experience.

the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge areas offer a variety of drinks and tasty meals.

We had only one minor issue, and that was the high price of the room. this was quickly overshadowed by the exceptional hospitality experienced from the staff members and the numerous advantages we enjoyed as guests at this hotel.
